- $100 - for 4 weeks of menus and updates. All consultations and diet info are transferred via the internet. We have this setup to allow you to have choices for each meal. You simply choose items from your foods list that match each meals instructions. This allows you the freedom and flexibility to make your " Diet" much easier. We can get your weight headed in the right direction and educate you on how to continue eating correctly. In this initial 4 week period we will get you educated about proper nutrition and get your weight headed in the direction that you want. After this initial 4 week period you should have a very good feel for what you need to do in order to continue on your own.
If you need any additional weekly plans in the future they will cost $25 per week.
With a Nutritional plan you get;
> Foods List & Daily Meal Plans for each day
> Spreadsheet that tracks all of your Protein, Carbohydrates, Fats and total Calories for each day
> Nutritional information that will give you all of the nutritional basics that you will need to understand what an effective nutritional program consists of.
- $40 - for up to 5 full workouts per week. There is a lot more to a successful workout program than simply going to the gym and doing every machine in the gym. will provide you with a customized program designed specifically for you and your goals. These workouts will progressively push you to make your body respond and improve. If one of your goals is to lose body fat or improve your cardiovascular health we will include cardio workouts and or include some cardio segments into your weight training sessions. Learn to train the smart and effective way to quickly reach your goals.
With a Training plan you get;
> Up to 5 full workouts per week
> Easy to follow spreadsheets to take you through each workout
> Basic and Advanced Training techniques that will show you how to obtain your goals and hopefully go beyond them.
