1/20/10 - We are very proud to announce that Amanda Stogner, Bonnie Roberts, Jaime McAlister, Leanne Northcutt, Ashley Heyl, Angela Clennon, Aimee Stancil and Daniel Quatlebaum have joined Mo & Jim's DREAM TEAM for their contest prep for the upcoming year. We are so happy to have you guys on the team and we are expecting some amazing things from all of you.

1/05/10 - We are proud to announce that Mo recorded her inaugural "Mo Knows Fitness Show" internet radio show last night. IFBB Pro Figure competitor Cheryl Brown was her special guest. Look for a new show about every two weeks. Mo plans to talk with some of the biggest stars in the fitness world but also a lot of local competitors and promoters as well. It should be a lot of fun and informative.

12/15/09 - This is a big day for Custom Fitness. We are launching our website to the world and I hope it is enjoyable and informative for each of you. There have been alot of things happening in the last few weeks so lets get you caught up.
