We have several different packages to fit your competitive needs. All designed with one thing in mind, to bring you into your next competition in the best shape of your life.

1. Contest Nutrition Plus - $400 - This includes your full 12 week daily nutrition plan tailored to your needs that will take you all the way through the day of your show. We have this setup to allow you to have choices for each meal. You simply choose items from your foods list that match each meals instructions. This allows you the freedom and flexibility to make your "Contest Diet" much easier. We work with local and non local clients. Luckily the internet has made the world a much smaller place and working with clients remotely is now commonplace.

* Additional weeks - $50 (for up to 3 weeks) If you have multiple shows within just a few weeks of one another you can get your daily menus all the way until the next show for a small charge.

2. Contest Nutrition for 2 Shows - $650 - If you are planning on doing 2 shows in a season but they are spread apart by more than just a few weeks we offer a 2 Show plan that will save you $150 off of our regular price. You get all of the same nutritional support and expert advice as our regular Contest Nutrition plan. You can just save some money.

3. Contest Nutrition for the Entire Season - $900 - A lot of competitors like to compete in multiple shows a year and we offer this package to supply you with all of your contest preparation needs for the entire competitive season for a one time low price. As always you will get everything that you need for each show and also lower your costs per show.

All packages also include Posing classes (within a certain distance), expert advice concerning Suits, Accessories, Hair & Makeup, and the small details that make a big difference on show day.

Posing Classes - $40 - We offer 1 on 1 posing clinics for Figure, Fitness, Bikini and Bodybuilders. These sessions are a minimum of 1 hour and will help prepare you to be poised and relaxed on stage to bring out the best of your physique. The classes are for athletes that are not working with us with their nutrition. If we are helping you with your diet these classes are included.
