BOOT CAMP workouts have swept the nation and for good reason. You can get a total body workout, burn fat and condition muscle all in one workout. has taken this concept and made it one step better by bringing the BOOT CAMP to YOU! If you have a group in your office, church, neighborhood clubhouse, or an outside parking lot or ball field, we can bring the workout to you. All you need to provide is a mat, small hand weights if you choose, a water bottle and an attitude that is ready to get sweaty, get fit and have some fun.
These classes are for both men and women. We will show you how to tailor each exercise to match your current fitness level so no one is left out. We will utilize bodyweight exercises along with plyometrics and cardio oriented moves that will tighten your muscles, burn fat and strengthen your heart.
Classes run from 6 to 10 weeks in length. Normally each class last 8 weeks
2 Classes a week (total of 16 sessions) - $150
3 Classes a week (total of 24 sessions) - $200
