Jim Newman - I am a NESTA certified personal trainer and a lifelong athlete. I have been involved with weight training and fitness for over 30 years now. I have been involved with competitive bodybuilding for almost 20 years and have had the great opportunity to lift and learn with some of the best athletes in the country. All these years of training and study has allowed me to help my wife, Marie Ann, go from a gifted weekend athlete to an IFBB Professional Figure competitor. I have also worked with many other competitive athletes from Bodybuilding, Figure, Fitness, Bikini, Volleyball, Baseball, and many others. I also work with everyday men and women for overall body conditioning and weight loss. I design individual training and nutritional plans to help each client reach their goals as quickly as possible. I also try to make it a point to educate each person so that they understand what they need to do to continue this lifestyle after their training period with me is over. But once you are a member of the Custom Fitness family you are a member and a friend for life.
Marie Ann Newman aka "Mo" - I am an IFBB professional figure competitor. I have been an athlete all of my life and competed in numerous sports. Since I began participating in physique sports I have developed a passion for fitness and nutrition and I have dedicated myself to helping others reach their goals of fitness, health and competing at their highest level. With our Contest Prep services I get to personally help other athletes find that inner strength and beauty to walk on that stage with confidence and pride.
